Requirements

& Responsibilities Conduct developmental and physical assessments for children ages 0–3 Develop and implement individualized, family-centered treatment plans Provide hands-on therapy to support gross motor development, mobility, and strength Educate and coach families on incorporating therapy strategies into daily routines Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including OT, SLP, Developmental Specialists, and Service Coordinators Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with agency and state requirements Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and ongoing professional development Support community outreach and advocacy efforts as needed

Qualifications

Required: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master of Physical Therapy (MPT) from an accredited program Strong clinical skills in pediatric assessment and treatment Knowledge of early intervention principles and child development Excellent communication and collaboration skills Strong organizational and documentation abilities Intermediate computer/tablet proficiency Preferred: Experience in pediatric physical therapy or early intervention Experience in home- or community-based settings Pediatric certification or board specialization Familiarity with early intervention programs and regulations

Schedule Full-time

  • Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00
  • PM (with flexibility for home visits)
  • Part-time: Flexible scheduling available
