- Summary: Provide administrative support to the Facilities Department. Duties include general, clerical receptionist and office coverage work.

- Responsibilities: Administrative duties including but not limited to answering calls, greeting visitors, maintaining the supply closet, and filing. Office support including but not limited to making copies, filing documents, contacting contractors, setting up appointments, and purchasing materials and supplies for the Facilities managers. Providing coverage with the Avid invoice system, work order system, and 25Live scheduling system. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
