  • To begin the process of completing a student rotation or preceptorship with Baptist Health Care, please fill out this application.
  • If you are completing this application, you should be enrolled as a pre-licensure nursing student in a local program and completing clinical rotations or a preceptorship through your nursing school.
  • You MUST have a preceptor who is either employed or credentialed by Baptist before completing this application.
  • Baptist Health Care offers student opportunities at the following locations: Baptist Hospital Gulf Breeze Hospital Jay Hospital After your request is received through the application and you have been approved for a student placement, you will receive details through a student onboarding journey regarding what is needed prior to starting your rotation on our campus.
  • Please allow one week before reaching out for a status update.
  • The average processing/approval time is two to four weeks, so please allow enough time to complete this process.
