- Type: Full-Time Description James Irwin Elementary School – Canada Dr. Campus is seeking an energetic and engaging Elementary Physical Education (PE) Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This teacher will promote physical fitness, teamwork, and healthy habits while delivering structured, high-quality instruction. The ideal candidate is positive, solutions-focused, and committed to doing what is best for students. This role includes teaching K–5 PE classes, organizing activities that build coordination and teamwork, and supporting a positive school culture. Responsibilities Teach elementary PE (K–5) Plan and implement engaging physical education lessons and activities Promote student fitness, teamwork, and sportsmanship Organize games, drills, and physical activities appropriate for all skill levels Collaborate with staff and communicate with parents Maintain a structured, safe, and positive environment Salary & Benefits $45,000 – $50,000 per year 191 work days (late July–May)
- Paid in 12 equal monthly installments

- Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- One of the following: Colorado teaching license with PE endorsement Degree in Physical Education or related field 36 credit hours in PE or related field Passing score on approved content exam (Praxis)
