Full Time- Monday - Friday , 8 hour shifts

At Children’s Friend, you’ll work with infants and toddlers (birth to age three) who have developmental delays or medical conditions. This isn’t just a job—it’s a chance to partner with families and make a real difference every single day.

💼 what you’ll do

  • Partner with families to promote the healthy growth and development of their children.
  • Deliver family-centered therapy aligned with each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external providers to coordinate services.
  • Conduct assessments, facilitate evaluations, and contribute to the IFSP process.
  • Support children and families through transitions from Early Intervention.
  • Maintain timely, confidential documentation and participate actively in supervision and team meetings.
  • Provide services in accordance with federal, state, and agency standards.

  • Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with young children, preferably those with special needs.
  • Current occupational therapy license.
  • Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Comfort working both remotely and on-site as needed.
