What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess students’ functional needs and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions that support participation in daily school activities Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success Track, document, and evaluate student progress, adjusting interventions as needed Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations for accommodations and modifications Educate school staff and families on strategies to support student development and independence Foster a supportive, inclusive environment that promotes confidence and growth for every student What You Bring Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active state licensure as an Occupational Therapist Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but not required Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team A genuine passion for helping students reach their full potential Why Join Us?
