Implement personalized ABA intervention plans under BCBA guidance Conduct therapy sessions as directed by the BCBA. Use behavior intervention strategies to re-engage the client when they become dysregulated. Support skill development and daily living activities Prompt and guide the client through functional skills, communication, and self-care. Encourage participation and independence while maintaining engagement. Track progress and celebrate client milestones Collect data on target behaviors, skill acquisition, and incidents of challenging behavior. Recognize small successes to build rapport and motivation. Maintain accurate session notes and data collection Document behaviors, interventions, and outcomes in real time for BCBA review. Collaborate with families and treatment teams Share observations and strategies to support consistency at home. Report behavior patterns and responses to interventions. Assist with household routines and ensure safety Implement safety protocols during high-behavior incidents.
