The BCBA will lead and support paraprofessionals while conducting patient assessments to develop and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans. Additionally, the role involves providing parent training and designing tailored behavioral curriculums based on data analysis.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and possess a valid BCBA certification. Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings is required.

Leading, Supporting and Encouraging Paraprofessionals Conduct Patient Assessments to Develop Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans Implement and monitor behavior intervention plans to support patients Provide ongoing data collection and analysis to track progress and make necessary adjustments Providing Parent Trainings Designing tailored curriculums and behavioral plans based on assessment results and data analysis.
Minimum of a Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis BCBA certification in good standing with the State and BACB required Experience working with children in behavioral health or special education settings Strong communication skills Strong data collection and analysis skills The ability to work independently and collaboratively Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not a requirement What sets YOU apart?
