What You’ll Do
- Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision in home, school, and center-based settings.
- Collect and document session data in Rethink within 24 hours.
- Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).
- Participate in new hire check-ins and maintain professional communication with families.

What We’re Looking For
- At least 6 months of hands-on experience with children with developmental disabilities.
- Current RBT certification.
- Familiarity with ABA data collection and documentation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
