Position Summary

We are seeking a caring, energetic, and creative Program Facilitator to lead sessions for our Little Cubs program. In this role, you will work closely with young children and their caregivers to create a safe and stimulating space for early learning. Ideal candidates are passionate about child development and enjoy facilitating interactive activities that support young minds. Key Responsibilities: Lead structured and unstructured activities for children aged 0–4, including arts and crafts, story time, music, and sensory play Create a welcoming, inclusive, and age-appropriate environment for children and their caregivers Plan and prepare weekly lesson plans and materials based on developmental milestones Encourage positive social interaction, creativity, and exploration Communicate effectively with parents/caregivers to ensure a positive experience Maintain a clean and safe play and learning space Monitor children’s well-being and address any concerns with professionalism and care

Qualifications

Experience working with infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children (0–4 years) Background in early childhood education, child development, or a related field preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Creative, patient, and enthusiastic about working with young children Applicants who play a musical instrument are strongly preferred
