- Responsibilities:
- Implement treatment program and protocols created by the supervising BCBA - Organize and update program supplies, monitor client behavior and skills, and maintain accurate data records.
- Provide one on one therapy sessions working closely with individuals impacted by autism spectrum disorder and related developmental disorders in various settings, including schools, homes, and community locations.
- Data collection, analysis, collaboration, and documentation
- Adhere to HIPPA regulations with handling sensitive client information
- Assist with activities of daily living including personal hygiene and mealtimes.
- Collaborate with Speech Therapist, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Education Staff, and others as required.
- Collaborate with the BCBA and team members to provide insight into specific client programs and treatment protocols.
- Participate in monthly team meetings and training sessions.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all aspects of the job.

- Excellent experience for those aspiring to become Behavior Analysts, Special Education Teachers, Educators, Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, or Social Workers.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and strategies. Will train.
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health is preferred.
- Must be physically able to perform the job functions and other duties as assigned.

- High School diploma required, preferably with a bachelor's degree or higher in psychology, education, social work, or related field.
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, specifically autism spectrum disorders, in homes, schools, and community settings.
- Reliable means of transportation, some travel to case locations required.
