Role Overview Teach engaging English lessons to international teenagers and young adults, while supporting their progress and overall experience in the program.

Key Responsibilities Student Supervision Act in loco parentis to ensure student safety, welfare, and discipline at all times Enforce the YES USA Student Code of Conduct Report any issues to management and take appropriate action when necessary Academic Duties Deliver high-quality English lessons following the YES USA curriculum Adapt and supplement materials as needed Be prepared to teach without technology or materials if necessary Administrative Duties Maintain accurate attendance records Monitor student performance and progress Submit weekly evaluation reports on time Attend all staff meetings and training sessions Take and upload student photos for internal use or social media Assist with and co-lead end-of-course ceremonies

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (TESOL or related field preferred) CELTA, TEFL, TESOL (or equivalent certification) Experience teaching ESL to teenagers Strong communication skills Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Compensation $20 – $27 per hour
