Salary Range

$3,000 - $4,000 (The salary is the expected range and is dependent on candidate qualifications.) General Responsibilities As the Head Boys Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for organizing the program. The position assists with conducting practices, motivating students, and instructing student-athletes in game strategies and techniques. Essential Duties: 1. Instructs players in the rules, regulations, equipment, and techniques of the sport. 2. Organizes and directs individual and team practices. 3. Assesses player’s skills, monitors players during competition and practice. 4. Determines game strategy. 5. Supervises athletes during practices and competition. 6. Follows established procedures in the event of an athlete’s injury. 7. Models positive sportsmanship and maintains appropriate conduct towards players, officials, and spectators. 8. Distributes equipment, supplies, and uniforms to students. 9. Performs support tasks such as distributing and maintaining eligibility forms, emergency data cards, and other related records. 10. Models nondiscriminatory practices in all activities. 11. Performs any other related duties as assigned by the Athletic Director, Principal, or other appropriate administrator.
