Job description

Duties: and Responsibilities:

1. Field Director Support

o Assist the Field Director in coordinating and managing the field education program for social work students. o Assist in data entry using the Field Education Management Platform Tevera. o Aid in establishing relationships with field placement agencies and maintaining ongoing communication. o Assist in the development of field education policies, procedures, and guidelines. o Help organize and facilitate orientation sessions, seminars, and training programs for field instructors and students. o Support the Field Director in resolving any issues or concerns related to field education.

2. Administrative Support

o Assist in maintaining and organizing department records, files, and databases. o Help prepare materials for meetings, conferences, and workshops. o Coordinate departmental events, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants.

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in the social work graduate program.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach when interacting with students and colleagues.
