Key Responsibilities

  • Support classrooms serving children from birth through Kindergarten
  • Assist lead teachers with daily routines, transitions, and activities
  • Provide coverage for breaks, absences, and additional support needs
  • Engage children in age-appropriate, developmentally appropriate activities
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment
  • Perform diapering and toileting support as needed
  • Assist with feeding, cleanup, and classroom organization
  • Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
