✨ What You’ll Do

Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for toddlers 18m - 25m or 25m - 3 years of age Plan and lead fun, engaging activities that support social, emotional, and cognitive development Guide infants in exploring the world through music, movement, stories, and hands-on play Support routines like mealtime, diapering, and nap time with kindness and care Foster strong relationships with parents and provide daily updates Collaborate with a team that values laughter, creativity, and teamwork

🌈 What We’re Looking For

A genuine love for children and a big heart Experience in early childhood setting (preferred) High school diploma or GED (required) CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework, Associates degree or higher, comparable work history CPR and First Aid certified or willing to obtain Reliable, energetic, and ready to sing silly songs (again and again)

💖 Qualifications 18+ Years Old Experience in childcare preferred Lead

  • Meet one of the following: Hold a bachelor’s or Associate’s in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development Have a Child Development Associate Credential Have a high school diploma or GED with 1500 verified hours of experience in organized group activities for young children 3+ years experience in classroom management preferred.
