- Communicating: Develop your ability to accurately observe, assess, and plan for children, as well as effectively communicate with families.
- Gaining
- Knowledge: Complete ongoing professional development on Montessori pedagogy and early childhood development topics.
We want joyful, dependable, passionate individuals who are at least 18 and have
- Credentials as a Montessori educator from an accredited training program (MACTE preferred).
- Experience in a licensed child care center, Montessori school or related field, and previous lead teacher experience preferred.
