Greater Nashua Mental Health is seeking a Case Manager to join our collaborative team supporting children, adolescents, and families. This position works in homes, schools, and community settings to help youth develop skills in social connection, emotional regulation, problem solving, and self-esteem. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for candidates who enjoy engaging directly with children and families.

Schedule Requirement • Ability to work until 7

00 PM, four days per week.

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, child development, education, or related human services field. OR associate’s degree in a related field plus two years of experience working with individuals with serious emotional disturbance or mental illness.
  • Candidates currently pursuing a qualifying degree may be considered.
  • Knowledge of children’s mental health, developmental stages, and family systems.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, community-based environment.
