Position Summary

This position provides case management, family advocacy and education to families in assigned caseload by providing and linking families to comprehensive services including home visits and socialization activities. Works with typically and atypically developing children and their families in a home-based setting. May be reassigned to different caseload/geographic location within a county as deemed necessary for program operation
