Family & Children’s Agency (FCA) is a mission-driven nonprofit serving more than 13,000 individuals annually across Fairfield County through 30+ programs supporting children, youth, families, adults, and seniors. Our mission is to partner with individuals, families, organizations, and communities to build better lives.
We are seeking a Licensed Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) to provide therapy and clinical support to children, youth, and families, including services through the Mid-Fairfield AIDS Project under the Ryan White Grant. This is a part-time, hourly position with a hybrid work model and supportive clinical supervision.

Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy
- Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and case coordination
- Complete timely clinical documentation
- Coordinate care with FCA programs and community providers
- Participate in peer supervision and ongoing professional development
Qualifications
- Connecticut LCSW, LMFT, or LPC license
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Experience with children, adolescents, and families
- TF-CBT or other trauma-informed treatment experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle
