Job responsibilities

• Subjects to be taught: Restorative Justice/Conflict Resolution
• Grade levels: K-12th grade
• Provide support to students including conflict resolution in various settings: one-on-one, small group, or classroom environments.
• Facilitators will have access to information about class assignments
• Adapt to new materials and teaching strategies
• Maintain consistent communication with Study Smart Tutors staff
• Partner with Study Smart Tutor’s Education team to provide comprehensive learning strategies to all students

Qualifications

• MUST hold a completed 4-year degree
• Must have experience in restorative justice mentorship/counseling/behavorial management
• In-person availability is required
• Scheduled hours:
• Tuesday 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM
• Thursday 10:30 AM - 11:30 AM
• Fridays, from 1:50 PM - 2:50 PM PST
• Complete and pass a background check, which may include fingerprinting based on location.
