KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Focused Instruction
- Deliver dynamic lesson plans and practical demonstrations using diverse teaching methods to accommodate various learning styles.
- Student
- Success: Evaluate and provide timely feedback on student work, identify academic or behavioral concerns, and provide targeted advisement.
- Practical
- Training: Lead lab sessions to ensure students are proficient in vitals, blood draws, EKG, and administrative front-office procedures.

- Accuracy: Accurately complete required documentation for student files, attendance, and grading in a timely manner.

- Community: Participate in faculty meetings and professional development sessions to stay aligned with campus goals and accreditation standards.
