Hourly Rate

As our safety champion, you will: Leads the Shield: Partner with the Safety & Security Department to keep our vibrant Center environment safe, secure, and thriving. Spot the Risks: Run regular campus assessments and audits, turning potential safety hazards into smart, corrected actions. Own the Center: Take charge of campus security, visitor control, and student accountability with a friendly, welcoming, yet firm approach. Empower the Community: Deliver engaging safety training and education programs to staff and community members. Investigate & Improve: Respond to incidents with critical thinking, lead investigations, handle documentation, and analyze data trends to level up our safety strategies. Build Bridges: Foster amazing, positive relationships with local community organizations to raise safety awareness. What You Bring to the Team A High School Diploma or GED. You are at least 21 years old. A valid State-issued Driver’s License. The ability to successfully pass a background check. A superpower for working independently and as an ultimate team player in a fast-paced environment. Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to keep your cool and think critically under pressure.
