Responsibilities

Student Advising & Mentorship Facilitate weekly individual and group advising sessions to support students’ academic, personal, and professional goals. Provide mentorship and guidance in an experiential learning environment. Maintain advising notes and track student progress throughout the program. Internship Coordination Support students in securing and maintaining internship placements. Conduct internship agreement and closing meetings with students and sponsors. Build and maintain relationships with internship sites and community partners. Track and document student internship hours and performance. Program Development & Activities Plan and facilitate psychoeducational workshops and experiential learning activities. Collaborate with program staff to enhance the student experience. Family & Stakeholder Communication Maintain regular communication with parents/guardians (minimum monthly). Document all outreach in the Parent Communication log. Provide updates and support to ensure student success. Documentation & Administrative Support Maintain student records, including portfolios, evaluations, and program documentation. Complete semester evaluations for each student. Participate in supervision, staff meetings, and program planning. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required (Human Services, Education, Psychology, or related field preferred) 1–3 years of related experience working with youth or young adults Valid driver’s license (Class C or D)
