Join the RFS Behavioral Health team as a QMHS Case Manager. As the leading school based provider in the NW Ohio area, we're currently inviting skilled individuals to serve in Marion City Schools. Availability with elementary and high school populations.

We're specifically seeking individuals with either a relevant Bachelors or Masters Degree (Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Behavioral Sciences, etc) or at least 3 years relevant experience in mental health/behavioral health services, for our school based program. Prior experience with youth up to 18 years old is preferred. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is the minimum requirement.

Your duties will include

  • Providing school based mental health services to clients on your caseload, with need for community based services in the summer time
  • Establishing positive working relationships
  • Facilitating group activities
  • Assisting with activities suitable for group’s development
  • Maintaining patient confidentiality
  • Adhering to professional standards, agency policies, federal, state, local requirements, and CARF standards
