Speech Language Pathology Assistant 50 to 55 per hour

• Boston Speech Therapy is thrilled to announce an opening for a full time Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to join our passionate team.

• As an SLPA, you will work directly under the supervision of licensed Speech Language Pathologists in a dynamic and supportive environment, primarily focusing on school-based therapy.
• This role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50 to $55, based on experience, and provides an opportunity for impactful work in the community.
• This position is at an elementary school.
• Experience is necessary Key Responsibilities Assist licensed Speech Language Pathologists in assessing and evaluating clients.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve speech and language skills.
• Monitor and document client progress, providing feedback to the supervising SLP.
• Collaborate with families and educators to facilitate effective communication strategies.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to enhance clinical practice.
• Contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.

Qualifications

Current state certification or licensure as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience working in a clinical or school setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
