Do you love working with kids and aren’t afraid to be a little silly sometimes? Soccer Shots Columbia is looking for part-time coaches to lead energetic, fun, and engaging soccer sessions for children ages 2–8. This role is flexible, rewarding, and a great way to build leadership skills while staying active. If you want to make a real impact and have fun doing it, we want you on our team!

About Soccer Shots

Soccer Shots is the nation’s leading children’s soccer program, serving families in Columbia for over 15 years. We teach soccer skills while focusing on character development, confidence, and teamwork for children ages 2–8. Our mission is to create a fun, positive environment where kids can grow both on and off the field.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for part-time coaches who are

Energetic & Playful

You bring positive energy and can have fun with kids, while keeping sessions structured.

Great with Kids

You have some experience working with children ages 2–8 (coaching, babysitting, daycare, teaching, or volunteering).

Reliable & Responsible

You show up on time, communicate clearly, and follow through on commitments.

Flexible & Mobile

You have reliable transportation and can travel to multiple local locations (mileage reimbursement provided).

Availability & Compensation

Availability

At least 2 weekday mornings 9: 00 AM – 12:00 PM or 2 weekday afternoons 2pm-4pm

Some flexibility for afternoons or Saturdays is a plus

Reliable transportation required

Compensation & Perks: $15–$20 per 30–45 minute session

Fuel reimbursement available
