- Function: Oversee the smooth operation and assist with the transition of individuals moving into the CRR, as well as those who may be ready to transition out of the CRR and into more permanent housing.
- Essential
- Functions: Provides hands-on instruction to clients to implement Service Plans and client development at both locations. Conducts recreational and social activities with residents at both locations. Participate in regular staff training to develop basic knowledge and skills necessary to assist clients. Maintain proper condition, cleanliness, and safety at both residential sites and respond appropriately to emergency situations. Assists in the daily operations of programming activities at both locations, which may include, but are not limited to, transportation of clients. Assist clients at both locations in meeting their goals and developing resources to support clients in developing their social, health, emotional, and economic skills. Serves as a liaison between staff and outside support agencies and programs. Prepares and submits all required program reports and documentation in a timely and effective manner. Other duties as required. Adheres to all policies, laws, regulations, and codes of ethics and confidentiality as outlined by federal and state laws, and agency policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma, GED, or an equivalent combination of skills, experience, and education may be considered at the discretion of the Agency. A minimum of 2 years of experience working for Behavioral Health Residential Programming. Ability to receive, understand, communicate information effectively, and follow instructions. Must have a valid Pennsylvania driver's License and a safe driving record. Must successfully obtain Criminal History Clearance from the Pennsylvania State Police, Child Abuse Clearance from the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services, and FBI Fingerprint Clearance. Must not be excluded from participation in Medicare, Medicaid, or any other federal health care program.
