  • Category: EducationSUMMARY The School of Education and Behavioral Studies is seeking adjunct faculty to teach on-ground bachelor-level courses in Leadership and Organizational Behavior and/or online master-level courses in Ethics and Organizational Behavior.

  • FUNCTIONS: Delivers the established content of the course meeting all course objectives, Communicates with students via announcements, email, Canvas inbox/messaging, Actively teaches asynchronously by guiding course discussions (online courses) or synchronously in the classroom (on-ground courses), Conducts voluntary attendance online synchronous sessions (typically 2 per course) (online courses) or regular face-to-face synchronous class sessions (on-ground courses). Grades student work (which may include, but is not limited to assignments, quizzes, discussions, research papers, and projects) in a timely manner and in accordance with any established rubrics. Meest in person or virtually with students, as needed. Performs other duties related to the administration of the course (e.g., attendance verification).
  • QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS: Doctor of Philosophy (PhD only) required with at least eighteen credit hours at the graduate level in Organizational Behavior & Leadership, or Philosophy & Ethics. Commitment to teaching excellence and service to the college, university, and community. Demonstrated Christian commitment and the ability to integrate faith into coursework.
