  • What will you do as a Deck Supervisor?
  • Responsible for observing and patrolling the pool area, enforcing safety regulations
  • Check-in families and direct children to their instructors
  • Assist swimmers and instructors from the deck as needed
  • What are we looking for in a Deck Supervisor?
  • A happy, energetic team member who loves working with children and supporting families with kindness and patience.
  • Preferable but not required to maintain Red Cross CPR/AED certification
  • Preferable for previous swim instruction experience
  • This position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods while supervising pool operations and assisting staff or swimmers, including lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 75 pounds when necessary.
