A high school diploma or GED is required, with a bachelor's degree preferred or four years of relevant experience. Candidates must have a valid Florida driver's license and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

As a Community Program Specialist / Job Coach, you’ll play a key role in empowering individuals with developmental disabilities to secure and thrive in meaningful, competitive employment in the community. What You’ll Do Support individuals in identifying, securing, and sustaining community-based employment Teach vocational, workplace, and soft skills that lead to long-term success Facilitate travel training, self-advocacy, and workplace independence Manage an active caseload and meet service delivery requirements Maintain accurate documentation, attendance records, and service notes Collaborate with internal teams and attend required trainings and meetings Travel to community job sites using a Parc vehicle to meet with employers and supervisors, provide on-site job coaching, and support successful employment outcomes.

High School Diploma or GED required Required, a minimum of four (4) years of direct experience working with individuals with disabilities OR a four-year degree in a related field (e.g., social services, human services) Valid Florida Driver’s License with acceptable driving record Ability to communicate clearly and professionally in English (written and verbal) Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, as needed Ability to handle confidential information appropriately Work Environment & Schedule Typical schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (schedule may vary) Must be available for evenings, weekends, and holidays as dictated by caseload On-site and community-based role with travel to employer locations Company vehicle provided — no personal vehicle required for jobsite travel iPads provided for documentation and work-related tasks Compensation & Benefits We value our team and offer a strong benefits package: 10 paid holidays (available immediately) 18 PTO days 2 personal days (available immediately) Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance HSA and FSA options Employee Assistance Program Tuition reimbursement 403(b) retirement plan Compliance Requirements Drug-Free Workplace Level II background screening required Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse participation required Learn more: Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse A Few Important Notes This is not an entry-level caregiving position.
