Who You Are The Assistant Teacher plays a key role in creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children. Working closely with the Lead Teacher and classroom team, the Assistant Teacher supports daily classroom routines, curriculum implementation, and child development while modeling professionalism, accountability, kindness, and positive guidance. Assistant Teachers are expected to work collaboratively, communicate effectively, seek support when needed, and view feedback as an opportunity for growth.
