What You’ll Do Conduct speech and language assessments to identify student needs Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans Provide direct and consultative speech-language services Support students with AAC systems (low- and high-tech) Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers Monitor progress and maintain documentation aligned with guidelines Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student planning Provide training and support to staff and families as needed Training & Support We provide CPR certification We provide Professional Crisis Management (PCM) training Ongoing support and guidance from supervisors What You Bring Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Maryland licensure ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) Experience with pediatric and special education populations preferred Familiarity with
