Program leaders are flexible, committed, hardworking, and enthusiastic as it relates to their interactions with Celerity stakeholders. Program Leaders will receive continuous training and coaching support to strengthen their capacity to engage students in an expanded learning and enrichment environment.

- RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with partners and vendors to enhance the learning experience for ISANA students in the after-school program. Monitor and maintain student records, including attendance, rosters, and behavior.
- Work with diverse groups of students, maintaining a 20:1 student-to-leader ratio. Provide academic support, enrichment activities, and positive reinforcement to all students. Maintain a professional, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and tackle daily challenges.
Responsibilities
Supervise and engage with students during program hours. Assist in implementing educational activities and lesson plans. Provide support to students with varying needs and abilities. Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all participants. Collaborate with teachers and program coordinators to ensure the program's success. Flexible Schedule: This position offers a flexible schedule, ideal for candidates who can be available to work on-call at least three times a week, if not more. This flexibility is perfect for students, part-time workers, or anyone QualificationsMINIMUM REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION/TRAINING & EXPERIENCE At Least 48 College Credits Ability to speak, read, and write academic English. Prior Experience working with school aged children preferred. Must clear TB and Fingerprint check. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL ELEMENTS: This position may include long periods of sitting or standing in an environment with moderate noise levels, and no direct exposure to hazardous physical substances. This position is frequently required to stand, sit or walk, use hands and fingers and reach with arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision to read printed materials and a computer screen with ability to adjust focus. Communication skills required by this job include the ability to hear and speak. Finger dexterity is needed to access, enter and retrieve data using a computer keyboard, typewriter keyboard, or calculator and to operate standard office equipment. The position occasionally bends, stoops, reaches, pushes, and pulls drawers to retrieve and file information and lifts and carries items that typically weigh less than 20 pounds. The position requires the ability to occasionally travel by train, plane, or other means inside and outside of the Los Angeles area. PAY RANGE NOTICE: The posted pay range represents the full range for this classified position. Final placement is contingent upon verification of prior experience through completion of the required Verification of Experience (VOE) form. Credit for prior experience requires having worked at least 85% of the applicable employment period
