We are looking for a Home and Community Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise client and Registered Behavior Technicians receiving services in Home and Community Based Settings. This position is responsible for ensuring implementation of ABA therapy services in accordance with best clinical practices.

Clinical Services Responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive behavioral assessments and behavioral treatment programs for children, their families, and their community caregivers Manage coordination of case management activities Provide regular training to parents and caregivers to implement treatment programs Responsible for providing clinically and ethically appropriate supervision and training of Registered Behavior Technicians Ability to travel independently to clients’ homes and other community locations Completes daily session notes and data collection notes in a detailed, accurate, consistent and timely manner Maintenance of the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Portal including updating continuing education and updating supervision of Registered Behavior Technicians Assist with Registered Behavior Technician competencies Other tasks required as a BCBA providing services to clients in the a Home and Community setting. Administrative Timely completion all paperwork and phone contacts to caregivers, funding sources, outside agencies and schools (as appropriate) regarding treatment and development of treatment plans, goals, and objectives Timely response to all internal and external audit requests Professional Conduct Establish effective clinical and ethical relationships with clients and families, and maintain appropriate boundaries Establish and maintain professional and ethical working relationships with staff and in collaborations with funding sources, community agencies, schools, medical practices, and other therapy providers Comply with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Ethics Code for Behavior Analysts

Requirements

Qualifications/Educational Requirements: Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, education/special education, or a related field BCBA Certification required and in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board Licensed BCBA Demonstrated competency in the current Behavior Analyst Certification Board Task List Excellent time management and organizational skills Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills Possess a Valid Driver’s license Proficient with Microsoft suite Clear background check Clear abuse registry check
