Our OMHC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C The Opportunity This is an outstanding opportunity for a experienced, new or early-career clinician to develop their skills in a structured, supportive, and mission-driven environment. As an OMHC Clinician, you will: Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents experiencing mental health, behavioral, and trauma-related challenges Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under clinical supervision Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards Collaborate with psychiatrists, case managers, school staff, and community providers to coordinate care Engage families as active, essential partners in the therapeutic process Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development Support crisis assessment and safety planning as needed QualificationsWhat We're Looking For ✔ Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required) ✔ Graduate licensure in Maryland or D.C.
