Job description

  • Victoria and Thomas Martin School of Arts and Humanities has periodic openings for part-time, adjunct faculty to teach on site in the English program.

Position Overview

Adjunct instructors in English will teach primarily within our first-year writing sequence (English 101 and English 102) focusing on critical thinking, rhetoric, and academic writing. Courses may be offered face-to-face, hybrid, online, or at off-campus locations depending on the University's needs. For the 2026-2027 year, there are opportunities to teach dual enrollment and on-site courses.
