Physical Therapist - PT | Brooklyn, NY | Part-Time | School Day or After School Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide individualized support to a high school student in Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will have experience working with adolescents in a school or clinical setting and will be committed to helping students achieve their functional and mobility goals.

Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to the assigned high school student. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in coordination with the student, family, and school team. Monitor progress and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure consistency across school and home environments.

Qualifications
