Opportunity

  • Propel Pitcairn is currently seeking full-time Building Substitute Teacher to join our amazing team.
  • The Building Substitute Teacher will be responsible for covering day to day absences in the assigned building and absences for long term leaves.
  • When covering for long term leaves, the Building Substitute Teacher will have the opportunity to act as the teacher of record, completing lesson plans and taking on all responsibilities as the teacher of record.
  • At times, the Building Substitute Teacher may even fill in for permanent vacancies that occur, while the selection process is being completed.
  • This role is a great opportunity to become familiar with propel school's culture and many different class settings.
  • This will prepare you to eventually become a classroom teacher at Propel Schools.
