The Learning Experience of Middletown is seeking an experienced, structured, and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing center.

As enrollment continues to increase, we are looking for a serious early childhood professional who understands that the preschool years are foundational for kindergarten readiness, independence, and long-term academic success.

This is not a babysitting role. This is a leadership position within a structured early learning environment.

We are seeking someone who understands daycare operations, values routine and classroom management, and thrives under clear expectations and strong leadership.

Qualifications: (One of the Following Required)

CDA (Preschool)

Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education program

Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education

Prior experience working in a licensed daycare setting is strongly preferred.
