This is more than a case management position. You'll work directly with youth who have experienced significant trauma, helping them build connections, develop coping skills, and achieve meaningful goals while supporting foster families and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

- What you'll do
- Support a caseload of approximately 6–8 youth with intensive therapeutic needs.
- Build strong relationships with youth, foster parents, families, and community partners.
- Coordinate services and advocate for youth across multiple systems.
- Facilitate Child and Family Team meetings.
- Support youth in achieving treatment, educational, and permanency goals.
- Provide coaching and support informed by trauma-responsive and DBT-based approaches.
- Partner with foster families to promote stability and positive outcomes.
- Participate in crisis response and on-call support rotation.

We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with
- Foster care, behavioral health, juvenile justice, or youth-serving programs
- Trauma-informed care
- Neurodivergent youth, including youth with autism, ADHD, sensory sensitivities, or executive functioning challenges
- Case management, care coordination, or family support services
- Mental health, counseling, social work, education, or human services

Qualifications
We recognize that great candidates come from many different backgrounds.
You may be a strong fit if you have
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field; or
- A Bachelor's degree and at least three years of experience supporting youth, families, or individuals with intensive service needs; or
- An equivalent combination of lived experience, education, and professional experience.
DBT training and experience supporting neurodivergent youth are highly valued but not required.
