Job description

This is a weekend-Only position. Must be over the age of 18 to apply

Responsibilities

  • Set up and maintain high standards for field set up and venue cleanliness
  • Empower volunteer coaches to lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
  • Teach & demonstrate core concepts, including Sportsmanship values
  • Supervise the overall operation of the designated sport on game day
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

  • Must be able to carry 35lbs or more
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sport-specific coaching experience & knowledge
  • Highly motivated self-starter; can work independently & solve problems
  • Awareness & ability to take charge of any situation to ensure the safety of players
  • Positive attitude and a strong ability to build professional relationships
  • Ability to work Saturdays for the full duration of the season, March 21st to May 9th
