Qualifications

  • Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and/or CDA required
  • Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting required
  • Passionate about working with children
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Creative and enthusiastic, willing to present and implement ideas in the classroom
  • Patient, positive demeanor
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Authorization to work in the US required
  • Must be able to pass Minnesota background study
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to facilitate the care of children in terms of their well-being, safety, and hygiene.
