The role involves conducting observations and assessments to develop and monitor positive behavior support plans for adults with developmental disabilities. Additionally, the specialist will train staff in proactive behavioral approaches and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.
A Master's degree in psychology, special education, or a related field is required. Candidates must possess a valid CT driver's license and reliable transportation.
Behavior specialist: Full time (Mon–fri, 8am–4pm), 40 hours
