• About the role Swim Instructor - Harvard Recreation (Cambridge, MA) Part-time; up to 15 hours/week Looking to make some extra money?
• Harvard Recreation, managed by HealthFitness, is looking for Swim Instructors to join the Aquatics team on campus in Cambridge, MA.
• In this position, you will provide effective and safe swim instruction to adults and children participating in private or small group lessons.
• You will design individualized programs to meet the participant's interests, abilities, and goals.
• This is a part-time position with flexible work hours and the ability to create your own schedule!
• Minimum Requirements Must be at least 17 years old.
• Adult & Child CPR/AED/First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days.
• 2+ years of experience strongly preferred.
• Must have a strong swim background.
• Proficiency in all swim strokes.
• Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

Compensation

$38-$50 per hour. Pay is dependent on experience and qualifications.
