  • Job Responsibilities

Create and maintain a safe, structured, and nurturing classroom environment

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities

Integrate Catholic values and faith formation into daily instruction

Support early literacy, language, math, and social-emotional development

Foster independence, cooperation, and positive behavior

Communicate regularly and effectively with parents

Collaborate with fellow teachers and school staff

Conduct ongoing student observations and maintain documentation of developmental progress

Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field

Valid state teaching certification (Early Childhood preferred)

Experience working with preschool-aged children

Strong classroom management and communication skills

Commitment to the mission and values of Catholic education

Practicing Catholic preferred
