  • In this role, you will support staff success by overseeing the design, implementation, and evaluation of orientation and continuing education programs.
  • This role ensures training is engaging, effective, and compliant with licensing and agency standards.
  • You’ll collaborate with managers, deliver hands-on instruction, monitor training records, and help foster a safe, informed, and high-performing workforce dedicated to providing therapeutic care.
  • Key Responsibilities: Training Coordination & Facilitation Deliver new hire orientation and ongoing training in areas such as crisis prevention, safety procedures, and company policies Coordinate training schedules and compliance with department managers Monitor certifications for CPR, Mandt/Ukeru, and CBRF compliance Documentation & Compliance Maintain accurate training records and prepare compliance reports Ensure staff are up to date with licensing standards and mandatory training requirements Participate in audits and proactively manage expired or missing certifications Program Development & Evaluation Evaluate training outcomes and revise content based on feedback, industry trends, and regulations Conduct needs assessments to improve staff learning and performance Keep training materials current and engaging using multimedia tools Team Collaboration & Communication Serve as the primary point of contact for training-related questions Partner with HR and leadership to align learning goals with organizational priorities Support a culture of continuous learning, teamwork, and accountability Comprehensive Employee Benefits Package At Prader-Willi Homes, a MyPath Company, we are committed to supporting our employees' well-being, financial security, and professional growth.
