  • DATE: July 2026 POSITION PURPOSE This position is principally responsible for ensuring that students of New Creations gain insight and knowledge into the world of an additional specialty, such as Music, Language, Sport, etc. Enrichment Teachers at New Creations are responsible for teaching infants through preschool aged children. New Creations seeks an inspiring teacher who helps students grow in their enjoyment, appreciation, and performance of the specialty area through a variety of planned age-appropriate experiences based on the monthly curriculum theme. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS This position entails visiting each one of our locations on a bi-week rotation.
  • Arriving at each center by 9:00 am and rotating to all classrooms in that location. Infant classrooms receive 10 minutes of instruction, toddler classrooms receive 15 minutes of instruction, and preschool classrooms receive 20 minutes of instruction. The following is a brief description of some of the responsibilities of the position: Plan a balanced monthly program that incorporates the monthly curriculum theme as well as integrates faith components Send monthly lesson plans to admin by the 20th of every month for the following month, example: July 20th, you will be turning in the lessons for August. Differentiate curriculum to meet the needs of the different aged students (infant-preschool) Provide a “what we talked about today” summary sheet with an extension component for families to implement at home. Copies can be made on site at our centers. Assisting Site Directors by planning, rehearsing, and directing students in events as needed. These are mostly part of our Spring (May) and

Must be Teacher qualified under DHS Rule 3 Standards. Official transcripts of all post-secondary work required. Must have a one-year minimum experience in an Early Childhood Education setting, along with the associating College degree/credits or CDA Credentials to teach in early childhood education. Minimum of five years teaching experience with young children, and one-year management or leadership experience is preferred. Demonstrates qualities of an effective leader including a genuine concern for others, excellent listening and problem-solving capabilities. Presents concerns in a thoughtful, balanced manner, compromises and/or in group situations seek consensus when appropriate. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS
  • With or without reasonable accommodation, this position requires: Extensive standing and walking; sitting on the floor and on low (12”) chairs. Frequent bending, stooping, and kneeling. The necessity of being outdoors in varying weather conditions. Exposure to unpleasant odors and fluids caused by vomit (occasional) and bodily elimination.
