Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) – Home Care Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy Area: Forked River / Lacey Township Salary: $100,000 seeing 35 patients per week OR $82,000 seeing 25 patients per week + bonus potential Position Overview: Provides in-home physical therapy services to patients recovering from injury, surgery, or illness. Responsible for conducting functional evaluations in the patient’s home environment, developing individualized treatment plans, and delivering hands-on therapy focused on improving mobility, strength, balance, and independence. Works on real-world functional goals such as safe transfers, walking, stair navigation, and fall prevention. Educates patients and caregivers on exercise programs, safety strategies, and the use of assistive devices. Coordinates care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and improve patient outcomes.
