$16 - $20 / HOUR
As a Behavior Technician, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach various skills while reducing interfering behaviors.
Candidates must be passionate about helping children with autism and possess patience and compassion. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certifications.
